First In Line Person. A filper is a person who is always first in line. They will rush to the front of the line for any kind of comfort item like food, showers, free stuff, but they are nowhere to be found when you need work done.

Particularly numerous on high population servers, such as Emerald Dream, and tend to attract players who have a low skill cap, poor understanding of standardized game play, and the inability to promote a fun and entertaining atmosphere.

That guild <Greymane Marauders> is terrible for being around for so long. They're such a filler guild.
