Someone that thinks they are responsible for building things up, from cities to people, and without them, nothing would get built up or broken down.

Thr very moment when you see a channel talk about how "to deal with a narcissist in ..."
I know all these channels does nothing but trouble to the audience.
Because they are basically saying " how to deal with a selfish unworthy irredeemable monstrous being". Its just finally the point of dehumanizing like calling someone a "Jew" in 1940.

A finite group of Narcissists, using religion, politics, entertainment to forge a foundation of generosity or an appearance of helpfulness to produce credibility. All altruistic behaviors are purposed to produce narcissist supply. Entitlement, self aggrandizement, poor self control, and a complete lack of empathy, disregarding how behavior may have negative consequences to other people. As a rule all behavior is self purposed, all people are subjects to be used, and discarded when use is no longer functional to their purpose. Typically the discard follows with the possibility to be hovered in for recycling of Narcissist supply. Narcissus that are altruistic appear to be helpful to produce a large group of groupies that become potential flying monkeys.

I’m sure we all know what a narcissist is but the NPC definition of it just means a man who has respect for himself and has a mind of his own, a lot of the time, it’s people that are the true narcs themselves that accuse others of being one but anyway, what the real definition of the term narcissist is, is a self-important male or female who believes he or she is above everyone else and likes to think he or she is always in the right and never wrong and can’t accept being told that he or she is wrong, etc.

A personality disorder, in which a person has an inflated sense of self importance. This person typically has outbursts similar to a 2 year old, tantrums, thinks they look good (but also cakes their face with makeup daily) wears leggings with panty lines everyday, NEVER washes their dishes, and sings off key while snapping off beat at 3-4 in the morning. A narcissistic person is a nuisance to everyone they come in contact with, including their family.
“Wow, why is Haley such a bitch?”
“You mean Haley Jensen? She’s so narcissistic.”
“Right! I didn’t know anyone could love themselves for all the wrong reasons....”

Someone with narcissistic personality disorder, or NPD.
Contrary to popular belief, these people are not inherently evil. Some narcissists can actually be decent people. The disorder is often demonized due to a lot of abusers having it, but I cannot stress this enough. It is not the disorder itself that made these people abusers. The disorder may have influenced some of their choices, yes, but at the end of the day the decision to abuse someone is up to the person, not the disorder. Narcissists did not choose to have NPD. Not all narcissists are evil.

Person 1: Hey, I have Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Person 2: You're a narcissist?
Person 1: Yeah, but that doesn't mean I'm evil. The disorder is wildly stigmatized and I'm trying my best to handle my symptoms better.
Person 2: Oh, okay!
