Cuteiful

A combination of “cute” and “beautiful”, used as a very sincere compliment.

It’s spelt “Cuteiful” not “Cutiful” because “Cutiful” looks worse and could be misinterpreted as “Cut-iful” (“cut” as in a papercut)

"Cute" + "-ster" meaning one is cute.

When somethings so cute that it can make you feel sad.

Often when looking at said cute thing your heart can feel heavy and tears are even possible (along with other physical reactions linked to sadness).
