A term used mostly by Australians during gaming whenever someone's ping is at a ridiculous level, they may as well be connected to the shithouse WiFi of McDonald's.

This term can also be used for other fast food places such as:
Wendy's
Burger King
and more

gamer #1: Mate, your connection is so bad, you're rubber banding all over the place.
gamer #2: He may as well be connected Maccas Internet.
maccas internet guy: *through constant crackling* oi, shut the fuck up 'bout my connection you little bitches
