1.) The name of one of the lesser-known Confederate commanders in the Civil War. He was an insubordinate commander. Burnside was a bald and heavy gentleman with large, gray sideburns.

Burnsideverb: taking a shit in a water balloon, heating it to above room temperature, shaving one's pubes and throwing them inside the balloon, sticking one's thumb in the balloon, and shoving the balloon up a heavy man's rear with one's thumb still inside the balloon. This may lead to constipation.
