Toxicity Training

The after effect of a toxic relationship in which one partner has conditioned the other to feel guilt, shame, fear and/or remorse when he/she experiences happiness or has the opportunity to experience happiness, so much that they retract or retreat from such experience. When this occurs, it is not uncommon for the affected partner to return to the toxic relationship.

Ben used to be so much fun but now he is just a victim of his ex-girlfriends toxicity training.

J Train

A subway line from the NYC Subway System that is very slow, horrible service, and has filthy subway cars.

The J Train always has crackheads on the trains and service always backs up.
