Comes from an obscure line from the Dubbed Funimation version of the popular anime Crayon Shin Chan. The line was uttered by Kazama(Georgie Prescott III) and Nene(Penny Milfer)

2) Georgie: Hey, Penny! What book is that?
Penny: Here
