I caught a clip of it one time and Kim was unhappy because Kourtney borrowed her things without asking. So basically, the people in it just make a soap opera out of everything that happens in their world of nonsense. If you like 'The Hills', you'll like this. It's exactly the same, except the cast are fatter.
