A disease where a musical instrument (most likely made of brass) becomes cold. The cold makes it harder to play the instrument, especially when it uses a mouthpiece.
Cases of cold horn usually occur in cold climates (duh) or transporting the instrument outside while it is cold. (once again, duh)
This can be avoided by keeping the instruments mouthpiece in a warm place, like a pocket.
Another way to avoid it (if your a trombone, trumpet, etc player) is to buy a plastic mouthpiece

Connor: Ahhhh dude, I got cold horn while walking in here.
Quinten:Haha, sucks dude, I had my mouthpiece in my pocket, so mine is warm.
Good luck with that high F.

The gesture made with one's hand that represents the Devil or "Horned One" that you see being flashed at heavy metal concerts and an expression among metal heads that indicates enthusiasm for the music. Also a magazine dedicated to the heavy metal lifestyle.
"Dude, old skool Metallica is fucking awesome!!"
"Hell yeah, man! Hails and horns!!!" (makes gesture)

A bastardization of giving someone the finger and throwing the Devil Horns gesture made popular by the Heavy Metal community. This is either done because someone is too tired to care, because they are a poser, or because they were torn between telling someone to rock on and fuck off.
My buddy had his picture taken with Isahn at Prog Power. He obviously didn't want it taken, can't you see the Horned Bird he's giving the camera?

a kissing embrace in which the initiator's left hand is firmly placed on the partner's neck, while their right fondles the receiver's genitals
He was gentlemen enough to walk me to the door, but once he tried the horn play for our first kiss, I knew we wouldn't go out again.
For mine and my wife's successful marriage, all kudos go to the horn play.
