Non-Driver

A Non-Driver is a driver who is scared of the road and/or should not have passed the drivers test .
Examples:
Scared to take a turn,

Driving below speed limit,
Driving wrong way on one way,
Swerving in and out lane.

He just bought that new car and is acting like a non driver .
Somebody get this non driver off the road!
This guy should not have passed the drivers test he is a non-driver.

Similar to a Sunday Driver, except applies to drunk drivers who only do it on holidays. They're the inexperienced ones responsible for 96% of drunk driving accidents and ruin it for those of us who drink and drive on a weekly basis.
