A girl that is too much of a brat and too stubborn to let an opportunity (ie: a guy) come close to her because she would not be in control of it.

Brett: "So what happened, did you guys go on that date?"
Matt: "Well, I wrote her name -- A-N-D-R-E-A -- in the sky with the smoke from fireworks, but she said that she had to rearrange her room -- it's alright, there's always next time!"

Kit-Brat

A Kit-Brat is a girl who is normally scene or emo or something who somehow finds it necessary or cute to wear excessive amounts of Hello Kitty jewelry and/or clothing. A Kit-Brat will almost always have a photo on facebook of herself wearing a hello kitty necklace.

Kid A: "Did you see Kelsey's new facebook profile pic?"

Kid B: "I know, what is she like 6 with all that Hello Kitty shit?"

Kid A: "What a dumb Kit-Brat."
