Example 1: No wonder so many guidos are fat, they eat a meal of pasta before their actual Thanksgiving dinner.

Example 2:
Person 1: "Are you going to Carmine's house for Thanksgiving?"
Person 2: "More like guido Thanksgiving, and no."

Derogatory term for a final internet forum post before one leaves for good in which all gripes, complaints,angst,etc. are aired in front of the world. Generally assumes that most people care about ones departure when in fact they do not. I.E. "Thanks for al the memories".
Usually results in post deletion/banning of offender.

What happened to ChoadToad?

He thanks.txt'd and got banned.

Thanks for the Invite

A common phrase spoken when you did not get an invite to an event. You say it for no real reason at all just to get a reaction from people or to let them know that you are in disappointment that you did not get invited. Even if it is something of no interest to you, you say it anyways!

"Hey guys, we sure had fun last night didn't we?" A boy in the room raises his head and says: "Thanks for the invite"

Invite can be interchanged with Intro, when you did not get introduced to someone.

Thanksism

A "thank you" given to someone for a favor or action that has not yet taken place and never ends up materializing.
You have already thanked them for something they did not really do. It is not fair and can be taken back at any moment.

Yesterday my wife said she was going to give me a message when we got home from work so I said "thanks, I really appreciate that". We got home, she ate dinner and went to bed with no message yet had already received her thanksism. I woke her up and took it back.
