An unskilled bicycle rider who sees a danny mac red bull video, buys a "street trials" bike, learns absolutely zero biketrials skills but uses the hashtag #biketrials and talk about how excited they are for competitions but have never ridden their bike on anything but flat concrete. They love putting their feet on strange spots on the bicycle, and pretending they are bmx riders. Unfortunately bmx riders passed their skills 3 decades ago, splurkers are ignorant but happy as there are hundreds of them online.
