Who's the guy?

a simple, everyday question that (when used correctly) can turn any conversation sexual; similar to the phrase "that's what she said".

person 2 questions "who's the guy" to imply that person 1's original comment was about a sexual act that they have committed and now the asker is simply wondering who person 1 is doing it with; extremely humorous when person 2 is a straight male.

Demorris - "I felt it comin and here it is!!!!"

Here's the thing

"Here's the thing" can be used as a buildup to an insult and to make sure you'll have the attention of the receiving party. Ending it with a "that's more or less the thing" will let them know that you've finished conveying this information.

Jack: My allegiance is to the law, I'm paid to uphold the law.
Bill: What in the heaven's name are you talking about? You may have misgivings, but don't go believing that, Jack. That way lies damnation.
Jack: I'm in no danger of damnation, Bill.
Bill: Here's the thing, I don't give tuppenny fuck about your moral conundrum you meat-headed shit sack, that's more or less the thing.

Here's the beef!

In 1984, after the popularity of Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers skyrocketed thanks to the runaway success of it's 1983 TV commercial, which featured actress Claire Pellar asking the question "Where's the beef?", some men started sporting T-shirts that answered that question with the remark "Here's the beef!" as a joke.

When I was at a donkey basketball game I saw a man wearing a purple T-shirt that said in big letters the phrase Here's the beef! on it.
