Get the quantum dissipation modemug. When someone is on a bicycle he doesn't have to follow the laws of traffic, until he gets into an accident. From the second before the collision until the second after he becomes a vehicle and suddenly all laws of traffic apply to him. This phenomenon is up until the time of writing only been observed when the cyclist isn't breaking any laws as a vehicle.
