When you have neglected to clean the litter box so long that when you do finally scoop it you find pooh encased in clumped pee concrete rocks that would essentially require a chisel to remove. ie kitty poop fossils

I haven't cleaned Mr. Whiskers box in 3 days and discovered archaeology pooh.

Inverted Pooh Bear 

An extremely intense sexual act involving a stripper pole and a honey pot.
