leadatude

Noun or adjective: meaning an attitude of leadership. I coined this word while writing a book entitled WHO's The Boss?.

That boss needs a leadatude adjustment. She/He thinks we're his little trolls.

My boss's leadatude style is scorched earth. One mistake and you're on your way to the glue factory.

I love working here. The Administration has a leadatude mentality. They're inclusive. Everyone's opinion is valued and respected. It feels like a team.

Leahann

Leahann is a girl. This girl can not be the brightest, not the prettiest, and maybe not even the best. (Shocking ikr) but Leahann tries her best to put others in front of herself and she’s always obsessing over a guy and telling all her friends. She’s a smiling, laughing girl who will own your heart. She will not hesitate to smile at you and always will notice your vibe. Leahann is self conscious. She hates the way she looks, how she speaks, and the things she does. She’s an overthinker, and tends to be over-emotional. But every second you spend with her she will make you smile. Never hurt her, because she observes everything and she won’t forget.
