Gorilla joy

The feeling of joy experienced by two or more siblings when they first see each other again having been separated for an extended period of time (usually at least two years). Can apply to both forcible and voluntary separation. May also be referred to as "Gorilla happiness," an almost identical emotion.

Serena Joy

An outspoken female Republican, in particular from the Trump Presidency era, who turns a blind eye to their party's misogynistic overtones.

The term is a reference to the novel and tv series "The Handmaid's Tale", in which the wife of the Commander, Serena Joy, actively fought for the totalitarian regime of Gilead, only to be considered inferior when the regime comes into play, due to her gender.

I can't believe the Serena Joys are supporting Trump and his continuous disrespect of women.
