In one eye and out the other

Something visually boring - to the point of your eyes losing focus - that numbs your brain.
A sermon from dad elicits the "in one ear and out the other" response while a friend's boring home movie gets an "in one eye and out the other" reaction.

Bool out of control without getting lost in the sauce

The ability, no, the art form of being able to bool out of control without getting lost in the sauce is monumentally critical to one's survival. Otherwise known as "BOOCWGLITS", this talent enables the beholder to take copious amounts of drugs without entering "the sauce". The sauce is the point where you are so inebriated you cannot come back. BOOCWGLITS is an amazing feat that few possess. Remaining calm and in control while still feeling the affect of drugs is booling out control without getting lost in the sauce
"Bro how was the party?"

"Dude, I don't even remember I was so wasted"

"You just need to bool out of control without getting lost in the sauce!"

In one hole and out the other

Giving a blow job through a glory hole whilst taking a shit
The stench was pretty brutal in stall 3 when the snake wizzard was in one hole and out the other. He sucked me dry and dumped his stinky load simultaneously. Febreeze anyone?!

One in, one out policy

The sudden need to pass a bowel movement right after eating a meal.
Steve - "The doormen of my guts hold a one in, one out policy"
Jane - "Why are you calling me to say this?"
Steve - "Could you ask the waiter to bring more paper to the lavatory, they're all out."

when in doubt, whip it out

Common slang umong military enlisted to salute an approaching person in uniform when uncertain of their rank. Better to be safe than sorry. More common with the NAVY as Chief Petty Officers have gold anchors on their collars and are often mistaken for gold oak leafs (signifying a Lieutenant Commander or Major).
Bill- "Don't look now, but here comes an officer"
Larry-"No, it looks like a Chief Petty Officer from here"
Bill-"When in doubt, whip it out. Better to be on the safe side then to ignore him if he was an officer".
Larry-"You're right"

*Both saluting-"Good morning sir".

shit in, shit out

In video/film business, it compares to when you have a crappy footage on tape or memory card (i.e. too dark, over exposed, out of focus) and you digitize them into the computer. The truth is, it will never look good if you bring the bad (shit) into the editing system in the first place.
John: "What is that? It looks so shitty. I'm wondering who shot it"

Jay: "Yeah, it's totally out of focus"

John: "You know they say.. shit in, shit out. Shit goes in, shit comes out"
