A phrase used to express affirmation, celebration, or universal agreement related to an event, and associated with any- all areas of health/ wellness. Basically to sum it all up it's another word for hell yeah but with a deeper meaning.

A health foodie is anyone who is very passionate about eating healthily. They enjoy trying new healthy foods and avoid junk at all costs.

Brittany: "Have you checked out Sprouts Farmers Market yet? I went the other day and they have all kinds of healthy foods to choose from!"

A derogatory term used for nurses, EMT's, Paramedics, and doctors that tend to boast about how "essential" they are on social media. They tend to be "so overworked" but have time to choreograph complicated dance routines on platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram.
