A word originating in Colorado in the Southpark area--about one hour south of Keystone. Means "a lot" or "a lot of", in general. Its proper use must be inferred from context.

Also a word sparking reference to homosexuality for some reason...and the usual "I don't use that word because I'm better than you" definitions.

How using or not using a word makes someone gay or not gay or cool or not cool is hella confusing to me. Idiots that make these claims must be hella stupid. Hella dumb-ass responses are sure to follow.

If you are not from the bay and you say hella, you sound like a dumbass. Seriously, you do. Don't try and say it to act like you're cool, cause you're not.
