Within the static, if you've been subjected to sleep deprivation ,which can cause you to hallucinate ,you may begin to hear strange people talking strange things. It's a very strange type of experience.
That chick was high on drugs & begin to hear squelch monsters & didn't realize she only needed to turn the channel dial on the cb radio back to ch 19 to get clear output & not hear them squelch-monsters provide such distorted content.
