They have multiple powers. And it all relies on KI (energy ) And strength. One day their new force leader named Freiza Blew up the planet! To make a long story short. He got picked up by some old dude named Gohan. Married Chi-Chi. Had a son named Gohan and killed Frieza with his new form Super saiyan Witch multiplies his abilities by like 100x. And then some people brought him back. Frieza got killed again and then Goku mastered ultra instinct and killed some dude named jiren and then brought back all the universes that died because of some reason. Good lord.
