Acronym for Kapodistrias Best President. Kapodistrias Ioannis was the first governor of Greece after the Greek revolution of 1821. He sacrificed himself for Greece and dedicated his life into making Greece a better place for the survivors of the war. We owe everything to him. The big countries controlling Greece economically at the time murdered him because he progressed the development of Greece so much that they feared him. After that, they replaced him with a cheap king so that they could rule the country instead. That's why he's the best. He wasn't actually a president but he did govern and represent Greece.

K-9 is slang for Oxycodone/Oxy/Oxycotton because of the K-9 on the pill itself.
Mostly used buy drug dealers or drug users, as no medical professional will say anything besides Oxycodone.
