A niche slang term for playing Minecraft. The first public appearance of this term was in Nik Nocturnal's interview with Shawn "Clown" Crahan of Slipknot, the latter of whom is a notorious Minecraft enjoyer.

Person 2: "Let's go throw some block man, be on in 5!"
