Someone who is the whipped individual in a relationship, as opposed to the whipper who does the whipping.

The whippee usually owns less social capital in the relationship is is beholden to the whipper, who dictates terms of their interaction and interaction with others as a couple.

Grant: Did you see Brian and Kelly the other day? He is beta in the relationship and is really whipped by her.
Laura: Yeah, Brian really is the whippee in that dynamic.

A phrase that is usally used in the act of excitement. There is no define meaning, just to be used in the spur of the moment. Often used by a group of drunk teenagers.

Rich and Justin were playin beer pong against Danny and Mike. After making in the last cup Justin shouts out "Kool-wHipp" with excitement that Danny and mike now have to funnel a beer each.
