Is a derogatory term to call people that frequently wander the streets aimlessly like: drug addicts, prostitutes, sociopaths, wannabe thugs, sickos, wiggas and many more.

Joe: i'mma go to the Milkbar to get some milk, you coming?
Frank: nah bro, the animals of the streets would be lurking, i suggest you don't go.
