Argentinian Slang.
Word used to describe a man that likes or enjoys having sexual relations with either other men or transexuals.
In several cases it is used as a despective joke.

ex1: Richard is a "bufarron", I saw him making out with Robert.

ex2: EH BUFARRON! go and get yourself a transexual!

The Buffalobster is often placed in the same category as the lake placid type animal kingdom monsters. imagine a duck billed platypus but glorious.
