An Uncle Chan is the asian version of an Uncle Tom. Basically he is a lame ass fool who has no confidence or self-respect. Instead of figuring a way to be a more manly, cultured, and dope ass person, he resorts to seeking validation from the white man, which is something a lame ass bitch does.
