Many ambulance-chaser outfits who trumpetingly claim a 100% win-record may have actually "cherry-picked" da cases dat they agreed to take --- i.e., they only represented clients who had overwhelmingly-convincing arguments. So they weren't actually of "sueperior" skill, intellect, cleverness, etc.; they merely made sure dat da cases they handled would be likely to win in any case, not actually taking any and all cases presented to them, and magically winning them all no matter what da odds.
