A codename for a girl that will lure you in with her attractive body but you come to find out she is utterly insane and quite possibly suicidal. She'll pour her heart out to you and then desperately seek a relationship even when its clear you aren't interested any longer. Then when you ignore her, she'll go ballistic and attempt to murder you by ripping you into at least seven pieces. Later you'll be found in at least seven different dumpsters.

John: Hey lloyd did you get rid of Megan the Ripper yet?

Von: No, I'm afraid if I try she'll kill me.

John: Well she is batshit insane.
