A delusional Dallas Cowboys fan who doesn't know their facts straight and just keep talking about the Philadelphia Eagles rather than worrying about their own team. These fans are the kind of people that will talk down on an Eagles fan for getting excited about a great player pick up that didn't cost much, but will try to rub an inferior player pick up they themselves got, in the Eagles fans' face They don't hold the Cowboys accountable for mistakes instead of recognizing them and thinking of ways to improve the team. Instead, they make excuses for everything. These obnoxious fans are not to be taken seriously, as they "facts" they try to spill are totally ridiculous and they honestly give the 20% good Cowboys fans a bad name.

Man, I can't take these delusional 80 Percenters seriously with all this bull bull they be talking.

One percenter

One percenter can sometimes mean the one percent of the population that takes up new technology first.
People who line up for days to buy the latest iPhone before everyone else gets it are one percenters, not because they are the one percent richest or the one percent most intelligent but because they have a constant need to feel special or exclusive.

My neighbor just installed a Tesla Wall. It will take him 150 years to pay it back in power savings but I guess being a one percenter is priceless.
