A debate among friends or family members, regarding pop culture.

During one of our many urban debates with my roommates. We discussed whether the word "consent" or "command" should be used for the quote: Fornication Under the Command of the King! I opted to use the word "command."

Something you can't do with someone you don't disagree with.

I wish watching debates was a more prevalent pass time in our society. Most people aren't sitting around talking about the debates they watched recently. It's a shame schools don't really focus more on teaching kids how to properly formulate arguments. Of course there is debate in highschool but where I grew up that was all extracurricular.

Person B: Okay. Why?
Person A: Err... Umm....
It just is, okay?!
Person B: If you're going to start a debate like that, at least have some good arguments.

Very cool man. You got a pretty good score there. Now do one about the Peterson-Sphere.

Hym "Doug! DOUG! DOUGLAS MURRAY! Do another munk debate! I want to see you do one on whether or not you can trust the NON-MAINSTREAM media. Do one on the Peterson-Sphere! Can we trust them? Are they using the strategies of the Chinese communist party to gain a political advantage they aren't capable of gaining on the merits of their position?
