Flipping Birds 

The act of training multiple pigeons to flip end over end while flying high in the sky. Intended to alert the hood of a potential police proximity breach. The Pigeons trainer claps his or her hands; the learned pigeons then fly up and begins flipping in the sky to quickly warn the neighborhood.
Go flip them birds, I see police down the block.
The block is hot homie, flip them birds.
Get clapping man I see cops, go flipping birds.

Used in the Philadelphia area and South Jersey. Supposed to mean “go eagles” but actually means “thank you” “your the best” “have a good day” and anything else you can come up with.

noun. 1. pertaining to two types of winged animals, known for their contrary mating habits. 2. metaphor - pertaining to the delicate time in a young man's life when he begins to notice females in a 'special way,' seeing them not as harbingers of cooties, but as 'totally wordboneable.' Specifically, it refers to the courtship and love-making act commonly engaged in while in the backseat of his father's Buick.
