The act of attempting to maximise one's looks and sexual market value, or SMV. This can be achieved through softmaxxing, for instance taking care of one's skin and hair, or through hardmaxxing, which typically involves getting dangerous facial surgery such as bimaxillary osteotomy, canthoplasty, orbital box osteotomy and jaw implants.
