Emo Poser 

A person who follows every single emo stereotype in the world. ie: tight jeans (black), sweaters (red or black), suspenders, converse, band t shirts, hats, jet black dyed hair, straight hair covering their face, long sleeves (to cover their "cuts")

they usually are someone who was cool one year and then the next they completely changed to be all emo. They shop at hot topic only and try to start new trends (hiking boots, platforms, gloves, etc). They try and act very smart. They wear scarves even in summer. They like to write depressing lyrics on themselves. They listen to depressing music and like to sing it to the world

they pretend to not care and they like to act all bad ass by piercing themselves or other masochistic things like that. They are EXACTLY the same as every other emo poser, so they should really just wake up and get their own style!!!

they also are most likely gay or bisexual or pretending to be.

"Why are you wearing your sister's jeans dude?"
"Oh, didn't you hear? I'm emo now."
"....More like emo poser! Go wash that dye out of your hair, go wear looser jeans so I don't have to see your junk, take that lame piercing out, bandage up your wrists, and wash that sharpie off your arm, you damn wannabe!"

emo girl 

NOT ALL EMO GIRLS CUT!!!!!!!!! So what if they cut its not like it's hurting you. May be gross to you and its not a problem. An emo girl is some one who is sad and is emo for A REASON! It's because we're depressed because some one made them like that. And their not f****ts,b****s,or j*****s. Just missunderstood. For who the are,yha they like spending their time with their friends. Because the UNDERSTAND THEM! Yha all emo's are diffren't because they don't want the world as fucked up as it is! It's good to be diffrent. I do admit some can be stuck up.But let me tell you something I'm emo and I'm not stuck up. And by the way the corect term is sence! PPL these days need to get out of their little wholes. And see who their hurting here. We are people just like you! Not your little selfconfidnce boosters! People who think we cut and are b***s and j****s an need a life. Theres so much more to emo than cutting or crying or being depressed. We have hobbies we eat sleep. We have fun alot of fun,we like doing wild and crazy things! So that's the real def remeber it.

Emo Kids 

First, I am going to tell you what emo is not.
Emo is not "omgzz i'm gonna go slit my wrists." It is not the stereotypical tight jeans and shirts on both sexes. Emo is not always a genre of music.
Emo means (and please don't get all mad at me, but this is what my experience tells me) means pretty much emotional.
Now, it doesn't mean that the kid is always depressed and sad and mopey, it just means that the kid goes through mood swings relatively fast.
Now, emo kids can be seen wearing a typical tight demeanor (tight clothing) with flats, odd, clashing accessories, and greasy (or not) hair with long bangs. Black eyeliner as well. But this does not mean that all emo's wear the same thing. They can wear whatever the hell they want, but this style attracts lots of Emo Kids.
Some emo kids are actually always depressed, but I like to call these... depressed kids. NOT emo's. These are the kind of kids who give a bad name to emo's and are the main stereotype for emo's.
I don't really understand why everybody thinks it's funny to stereotype emo's as suicide victims and ungrateful depressed people.
It's not really like that.

Emo kid 1 : My boyfriend broke up with me.
Emo Kid 2 : Thats too bad. Wanna come over to watch a movie?
Emo Kid 1 : Yeah, that'd be fun. I can show you my new skinny jeans.
Emo Kids 2 : Rad. Come on over.

A person (usually male) who embodies the key character traits of a metrosexual (e.g. style, grooming practices, etc.) as well as those of an emo-kid (e.g. emo music, emo attire, etc.).

Pratik you are so emo-sexual with your mandals, Seth Cohen-like attire and on-and-off fashion sense!
