A lukewelshe will immediately spend any amount of money they receive upon completely unnecessary and frivolous items, despite highly necessary and important liabilities or expenses. A lukewelshe cannot differentiate between the terms lend and borrow.

Friend of Lender: hey did John repay you that $570 he borrowed for his dental work
