An individual’s tendency to excessively and needlessly purchase overpriced alcohol when inebriated in a social setting and in a fashion that resembles the stereotypical behavior frequently associated with oligarchs.

Drunk Drawer

A drawer that looks like it was created, organized, and maintained by a person under the influence of alcohol. Similar to a "junk drawer" but much messier, useless, and impossible to find anything.

I mindlessly throw all of my useless shit into the drunk drawer to be lost forever and to never be used or seen again for any other purpose than eventually throwing in the trash years down the road.
