To get someone together with you, usually with a catch like Marijuana (or *gas*), and then later dropping bombshells of defamation, (or shedding *light* on judgmental outings) as to incite pernicious activity amongst the relationship, fights, or general emotional abuse.
John: "Yo dude, Kay and Jay had a get-to-gether and Kay heard something she didn't like about Jay and it got real messy."
