The time between 2:00 and 4:00 am after a party when everything is dying down, and everyone remaining at the party is fucked up. If your awake during scary hours all you are trying to do is fuck somthing, anything.

1) A movie starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.
2) Evening hours when the roads begin to get congested like a fat man's arteries. Usually starts around 4 and ends at 8, reaching total gridlock at 5. Drivers during these hours seem to be more concerned with not letting you get infront of them in lane switches (by speeding up alongside of you) than their own wellbeing. They also don't want to wait more than 3 milliseconds to take a left turn even when there is oncoming traffic. Even if they broke a hundred traffic laws to get there, drivers still seem to obey the speed limit when they are the first car in traffic, while everyone else is tailgating. Argh.

Another name for the hit show 24. It is called this because of the show's main character, Jack Bauer, who is a counter terrorist agent sometimes for CTU (unless he's busy going dark, faking his death, etc.).

Technical jargon for "at some point in the future." The term '48-hours' doesn't actually mean two days and nights but represents a mythical time period, usually anywhere between a week and three years. The term is usually uttered by hopeful laywers, administrators and anyone wishing to delay media interest for as long as possible.

Peak hour (n.)
A term commonly used by DJs to refer to the busiest period of a night at a gig, whether it's a house party, club event, or rave. It's the time of night when the crowd is the biggest, and the DJ is spinning the most popular, energetic, and dramatic tracks (colloquially, "anthems", "bangers", and "choons"). It is usually also the time during which the headlining DJ is on the decks.
By association, it can be used to describe the tracks that one would play during this period, and record labels will often advertise a release as being a "peak hour tune" to increase the hype around the record.
People waving their hands in the air, drinks spilling, sweat, whistles, yells, and huge musical buildups are all strong signs that peak hour is arrived.
Not dancing during peak hour, or worse, leaving before it, is to be highly frowned upon.
