A word of the most awesome kind. There is no greater phrase in the human language. It means everything and nothing. It can be used in place of any word or as a punctuation. Originally coined by the awesome stoner Steve B. from Missouri. Typically heard after withdrawing ones lips from the dank.

Tommy: "Hey Steve, this is some good shit."
Steve: "Gee Mumph! You milly mumph!"
