1.) A term for a person (most prominently a male) who draws and has an enormous ego. Some of their hobbies may include; working out, drawing (as mentioned before), jerking off, watching anime, and going on rants about how "sexy" men are. They also, despite constantly making fun of them, are a liberal. They may also try to get their friends on track when they step out of line.

2.) A word that is said when trying to be humorous, but the individual has no experience being funny

To be high or under the influence of methamphetamine for any amount of time often starting tasks that one cannot finish.

I first coined this phrase back in 1983 when I saw Bill the cat on the front of a t-shirt of someone who was exhibiting psychotic and erratic behavior due to methamphetamine use.
