It's 1 cloud past Cloud 9, a new high, that needs no drugs nor alcohol, just the one you love.
When you are with the one that makes you float up sooooo high, you loose track of time and space. Even forget everything around you and any worries that you have.
You'll feel like this:
Your eyes, are all i see past all the worries and people who mean nothing
when i look into them, i can touch you without a finger, and without a finger i can feel you
And on this perfect saturday afternoon, i can see my self through thoseee eyes, and i can see, you see me, better than all the rest.

A cumulus cloud, the type you see at the beginning of The Simpsons TV show. See also Simpsons' sky. Very useful when describing to someone clouds without having to remember which ones are cumulus, cirrus, etc.
