Rainbow Blitz

Nobody knows why he was created or who created him, but he is the boy version of the My Little Pony character Rainbow Dash. His pony form looks like: Rainbow tail and hair, sky blue body, rose eyes, and his cutie mark is on his thigh, witch is a cloud with a lightning bolt shaped rainbow. His human form looks like this: Sky blue skin, rainbow hair, rose eyes, baby blue jacket with white sleeves, ripped blue jeans, and his shoes are blue sneakers with white stripes. The back of his sneakers have little wing looking objects witch are baby blue.

the counter to the "Shotty" rule, a mad dash for the front seat of a vehicle, when two persons are in competition for the front passenger seat and the first person calls "Shotty" the second person can call "Blitz" (one may call shotty no-blitz to prevent the blitz rule from being valid)
