Thrombumsis

Thrombumsis occurs when the half-formed turds swirling around in your rectum scrape against the rough surface of an Asseroma. This causes a larger ball of turd (thrombum) to be formed that blocks the rectum. An Asseurysm may be caused if the buildup of farts behind the swollen shit causes the ass pressure to rise, and occasionally a nugget of faeces will break away from the thrombum and lodge itself in the anus.
