To mentally ruin someone. In passive voice, it is used to refer to someone who has hit rock bottom.

ex1. I can't believe you did that to me. I will get back on you, I will literally spechofy you!

ex2. At first I was afraid, I was spechofied. I have never been so miserable in my entire life.
