Being successfully exhausted or at the edge of falling asleep after a good and busy day.

"Woah, that was crazy! Base-jumping, laser tagging, parkour, shopping...what a day! I am so poomed!"

Or, simply..."I am so poomed." (With a suggested mood and previous day schedule that was completely and utterly pure awesomeness.)
