Marma Nabar or Marma Nabarkal, is one or Group of caders usually from state party DMK, who will make violence against innocent people, damage government assets and vandalise food courts developed for purpose of benefiting poor people by the former government. Commonly addressed as UPis who are raised do any extent of damage to please their bosses. They are referred by their bosses supported media's as Marma Nabar or Marma Nabarkal.
