When you need everyone to praise your below avg performance. Or someone who i can't fathom someone else being better than them, even though they might be a predictable "one-trick-pony". making them confused, and stuck asking their friend for guides/tips on everything they do from then on.
Can also be used as a description of a person who is absurdly small minded. Who still loved to bring up politics, often as a ploy to talk about their racist non-reflected mindset.
