Derogatory term used to insult (young) females with saggy, aged-looking breasts.
This may also be used to insult women without saggy breasts, just to make them feel insecure about their bodies and/or current age.

A transmission with a low gear (granny gear), usually used on trucks and other towing vehicles, to make it easy to take off on a hill with a heavy load.

1. A sexual activity involving an elderly woman having her way with the male's genitalia

2. Another way to say that a person's work was not to expectation, and usually done out of laziness
